    now and January 31. For more information and instructions please see the Hospice Quality Reporting User’s Guide “The Board of NHHPCO
    strongly recommends that all New Hampshire hospices actively participate in the upcoming voluntary Medicare quality reporting that will begin
    in January of 2012.”
