NHHPCO Networking Meeting Schedule

4 Hospice and Palliative Care Coordinators Meeting

The focus this year has been on QAPI (Quality Assurance Performance Improvement).   For additional information, please read  "Creating a Statewide “Culture of Quality"

The regular Hospice/Palliative Care Networking Group meetings are held at the NH Hospital Association Building, 125 Airport Road in Concord. For more information contact Sue Herrmann.

4 Bereavement and Volunteer Coordinators Meeting

Meetings typically include some open networking time to introduce new members and bring up any questions or current items for discussion, special topics related to managing volunteer and bereavement programs, and sharing either an audio or video resource. 
Our group will continue to hold quarterly networking meetings in 2008 at the NH Hospital Association building at 125 Airport Road in Concord.  Please bring a bag lunch with you for each meeting.  Dates for upcoming meetings are:

Wednesday, May 14th - noon to 3:00 pm
Wednesday, August 20th - noon to 3:00
Wednesday, November 12th - noon to 3:00 pm

4 Home Health and Hospice Social Work Committee
The Social Workers continue to meet monthly from 8:30-10am at the NH-NASW office, 4 Chenell Drive, Ste. 103, Concord, NH.

Tuesday, September 9th 
- possible joint meeting with Oncology Social Workers Group

The Monday meetings are scheduled for collaboration time/case presentation and the Tuesday meetings generally have a specific topic and presenter who shares resource information.
The meetings are casual and a wonderful way to connect with other social workers in this field.  We often share challenging cases, resources, and have stimulating discussions regarding the work we do.

4 Spiritual Care Networking Group
This is a support and peer supervision group specific to hospice chaplains or spiritual care providers.  The group meets on the last Tuesday of every month, from 12-2pm at 125 Airport Road, Concord. These lunch meetings are a time for reflection, case review, and mutual support.

4 Seacoast Regional NHHPCO Meeting
First Thursday of every month from 8:00am-9:30am
except July and August.
Healthcare professionals interested in hospice and palliative care are welcome to attend.

4 NHHPCO Palliative Care Clinicians Special Interest Group
This interdisciplinary networking group for palliative care and hospice clinicians have been meeting regularly (typically a working dinner meeting) twice annually in the spring and fall.
