New Hampshire Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHHPCO) is a nonprofit, 501©(3) charitable organization offering resources and support to improve end-of-life care in our community. NHHPCO exists to benefit the people of New Hampshire.

NHHPCO advocates for improved access to excellent hospice and palliative care and for related services to meet health care needs of people living with an advanced, chronic or life-threatening illness or condition, their families and caregivers, and those who have experienced the loss of a loved one.

Donations supplement provider and individual member dues.

Whether your donation to The New Hampshire Hospice and Palliative Care Organization is a gift of money, time, talent or know-how, it will give you the satisfaction of knowing that you have made a difference.

Memorial or In Honor of Gifts
It is possible to make contributions made "in memory of" or "in honor of" someone.

Please make your check payable to:
New Hampshire Hospice and Palliative Care Organization
125 Airport Road
Concord, NH 03301

Thank you for making a Memorial Donation to NHHPCO in memory of a special person. Your thoughtful gift helps further our mission to strengthen end of life care for the residents of our state.

Recent DONATIONS have been made in MEMORY OF:

Josephine Lane
Joseph Meagher
Stephen Appelbe
Gloria Domain
Mott & Ruth Clark
Howard Pettebone

On the memo line of the check write "In Memory of" or "In Honor of" and write the person’s name. Include a note with your check letting us know which family member you want us to notify, along with their address, and we will send a Letter letting them know that you have made a contribution to NHHPCO in memory of, or in honor of, their loved one.

Your gift is tax-deductible to the full extent of the law and may be eligible for a matching contribution from your current or former employers.

Special Event Sponsorships

There are a number of annual fund-raising and educational events for you to consider supporting. The Annual NHHPCO Golf Tournament, the Annual NHHPCO Theater Evening Benefit, and the Annual NHHPCO Fall Conference are but a few of the opportunities available for sponsorships and partnerships.
