It's time to renew your membership.
NHHPCO is the only statewide organization dedicated to improving end of life care.
We receive no state or federal funding and couldn't do what we do without the support of each and every one of you, our members. Your support reinforces our efforts to provide meaningful programs, advocate on issues that face us all, and improve awareness of the services and benefits of end-of-life care.
Visit our Membership page for the benefits of joining and registration forms.
Thank you for your support!
Thanks for a Great Year!
Many thanks to you - members, friends and colleagues - for supporting NHHPCO this year. Our accomplishments are many and are possible because of your willingness to be members, attend and/or sponsor one of our events and/or work on common goals through community partnerships.
Board Members and officers Andrea Patrick Baudet, Pres., Mary Francis Drake, V.P., Carla Braveman, Treasurer, Karen Coy, Secretary, Ellen Basset, MD, Sanders Burstein, MD, Andrew Kleiner, John Getts, Patti Nichols, Janet Prescott, and Patricia Ramsey have generously given their time, expertise and resources to uphold the mission, timely goals and financial security of our non-profit organization.
Committee members and leaders make it possible to host the Annual Fall Conference, hospice volunteer education day, St. Anselm Seminar, Golf Tournament, Annual Business Meeting with the Home Care Association of NH, special projects and education offerings in partnership with the NH Comprehensive Cancer Collaboration, The Endowment for Health and Phaneuf Funeral Homes.
Last, but not least, we host seven peer network groups throughout the year for Hospice Administrators, Palliative Care Administrators, Palliative Care & Hospice Clinicians, Chaplains, Volunteer Managers, Bereavement Coordinators, and Social Workers. Groups meet bi-monthly or quarterly and offer great opportunity to bring new ideas to your own programs or collaborate on initiatives that benefit all recipients of care in our state often through advocacy or regulatory efforts. Everyone who participates contributes to the value that NHHPCO can offer.
If you want information on how to be more involved or know someone who might be interested in joining one of our committees, the New Year is a great time to get involved. Please contact me if you are interested.
Don't forget that although we receive no state or federal funding, our work benefits all NH hospice patients. Year end donations to NHHPCO are gratefully received through our secure website. Your support will join our membership dues, donations, and proceeds from fundraising events, allowing us to do even more.
However you choose to support us, thank you!
