New Hampshire Center for Nonprofits: A nonprofit, statewide association dedicated to providing programs and resources that support nonprofit organizational capacity building and to partnering with sector leaders, businesses, and the broader community to elevate the visibility and status of the nonprofit sector.

The New Hampshire Comprehensive Cancer Collaboration: The NH CCC is a partnership of individuals and organizations working together to eliminate cancer, a leading cause of death in the state. The NH CCC developed the New Hampshire Comprehensive Cancer Control Plan, 2010-2014. Work groups plan activities together to accomplish the objectives outlined in the Cancer Control Plan.

: A Citizen Voice for the Aging Experience. EngAGING NH promotes citizen leadership and opportunities for purposeful engagement. It also advances the active involvement of NH’s older adults in the development of public policies and community infrastructure to support all of us as we age.

Foundation for Healthy Communities: The FHC improves health and health care in communities through partnerships that engage individuals and organizations.

Home Care Association of New Hampshire: The Home Care Association of New Hampshire (HCANH) represents licensed agencies that provide in-home health care and supportive services to individuals living in New Hampshire. The Association promotes the delivery of responsible, high quality health care in the home by offering education and networking opportunities for home care professionals, providing leadership on home care issues, and serving as a home care advocate in the public policy arena.

Hospice Analytics: Hospice Analytics is an information-sharing research organization whose mission is to improve hospice utilization and access to quality end-of-life care through analysis of Medicare and other national datasets. More than 50% of the State Hospice Organizations participate in Hospice Analytics Market Reports Project. These State Hospice Organizations represent over 60% of the hospices serving over 70% of the hospice patients in the country.

Hospice Foundation of America: The mission of Hospice Foundation of America is to provide leadership in the development and application of hospice and its philosophy of care with the goal of enhancing the U.S. health care system and the role of hospice within it.
